Product Manager, Purchase to Pay
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Purchase to Pay pillar and be part of leading one of our development teams. You will play a key role in driving the development and success of our product offerings in the accounting software space, especially in helping our users in handling expenses. Today we are handling more than 40 million supplier invoices and receipts every year and have more than 70.000 active businesses using our expense solution.
You will be a part of a fully staffed and amazing team; “F3”, where you will have a significant influence on our culture and in setting the direction for our team. The team will consist of 1 Business Analyst, 9 developers, 1 Engineering Manager, and 1 UX Designer. The development team is located in Romania and the UX and BA are located in CPH.
Responsibilities:
Shaping product vision, strategy, and goals in your domain contributing to the product strategy
Communicate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused product solutions
Being on a constant look for new market opportunities
Work closely with engineering, design, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches
Drive product growth by continuously optimizing features and user experience
Monitor and analyze product performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve product outcomes
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans
Your profile:
A few years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive mutual understanding and clear priorities
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product vision and value proposition
Ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams
Bonus points for:
Experience in the accounting software industry
Experience in the Purchase to Pay space
