At the moment we are looking for an HR specialist to join our forces and together with other colleagues make progress happen.

WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

• Administrate internal HR tools and employee databases;
• Maintain preboarding, onboarding and offboarding processes;
• Get a chance to participate in the whole recruitment cycle: requirements gathering, sourcing, interviewing and assessment, job proposal;
• Join other activities - internal committees, task forces, etc.
• Previous experience in the HR field would be an advantage;

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• Previous experience in the HR field would be an advantage;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and people skills;
• Experience in using Microsoft Office or G Suite;
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and oral.
