Job tasks

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver quality software to our customers
• Drive and plan the testing activities for new features
• Analyse requirements, write test cases and validate new functionalities
• Evaluate test results and help the development teams deliver
• Write tests on all layers of the software and maintain these
• Participate in the test automation work in the team and project

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years experience with general testing activities or completed relevant technical education in the software field
• Has a quality oriented attitude and a quality assurance mindset
• Has willingness to constantly learn
• Has a positive, helpful and proactive attitude
• Has used test case management, bug reporting tools or any other testing tools

In addition, it would be an advantage if any of these match your profile

• Has worked with any of the major cloud vendors
• Has worked with any CI tool
• Has worked in teams that use CI/CD
• Have experience with Node.js
• Have experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Nightwatch, Selenium or Cucumber
• Have experience with Github
• Have experience with Github Actions, TeamCity, Spinnaker, Jenkins or other CI tools
• Have experience working remote in large projects with people of different backgrounds in geographically distributed teams
• Has experience working in Agile teams

About the Team

Visma E-conomic resides in central Copenhagen and is part of Visma, the largest SaaS company in Europe. You will get to work in an independent company with a really awesome vibe. We build and design a cloud-based accounting product that helps more than 135.000 happy companies run their businesses on a regular basis. We are 240 employees from +25 nationalities and a floor full of awesome developers from different cultures.

The development department consists of 70+ people, including Product Owners, Test Automation Engineers and UX designers, working with technologies like C#, Node.js, React, MS-SQL, Swift, Kotlin, Kubernetes and Docker.

We serve more than 50 million server requests a day, push to production multiple times daily, love to talk about (and write) code, believe strongly in automation, and are driven by a desire to measure and monitor in order to constantly improve our product.
