Resolve is spearheading the application of machine learning and optimization in Visma. Tasked with solving complex problems with AI, we utilize cloud computing to make our services available to the numerous software products across Visma. Resolve is a company for innovation, creating new products and increasing knowledge on machine learning and optimization throughout the entire Visma Group.

• Implement, develop and continuously improve Resolve's commercial strategy within marketing, sales, pricing, business development and customer success
• Take part in the Resolve leader group
• Create and maintain effective and good business relationships with our partners, customers and stakeholders
• Ensure partner profitability
• Ensure commercial competence development in the organization
• Budgeting and forecasting within area of responsibility
• Build, develop and manage the Commercial Team of Resolve
• Perform market research and analyze threats and opportunities
