Anchored in our Engineering Architecture team, you will be working with feature teams and architects on ensuring high-performance, high-quality data modelling and access patterns for both new and existing features.

More than 170.000 Danish companies rely on our cloud software for mission-critical aspects of running a business. 50.000+ users log on to our system daily to do bookkeeping, accounting, invoicing and report tax statements to the authorities, among others.

Our system handles more than 130 million external HTTP requests daily, using approximately 1.8 TB of bandwidth. Our SQL Server receives on average 35.000 batch requests per second. We release to production multiple times a day, love to talk about (and write) code, believe strongly in automation, and are driven by a desire to measure and monitor in order to constantly improve our product.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Work with feature and engineering teams on ensuring optimal physical data modelling and access

• Ensure high-quality data in all development processes

• Ensure relevant information is available for teams to address issues

• - as well as helping with said addressing of issues

Background/experience desired:

• Working with a high-volume, multi-tenant, 24/7 uptime SaaS B2B product

• MS SQL Server (all recent versions)

• Experience working with other databases a big advantage

• Profound knowledge of data analysis and modelling in a modern software engineering product

• Experience working in cloud-native environments

• Ability to excel in an environment where “hands-off production” is a guiding principle

• Experience with task automation

• Ability to network and establish great working relationships in the entire company
